Abstract

This Internship Report on the topic “Marketing Campaign Activities of the Telecommunication Companies in Bangladesh: A Comparative Analysis” has 3 chapters. I have mainly constructed the 1st chapter (Overview of Internship) by sharing my internship learnings, contributions, problems, and recommendations to other internees for future reference. In the 2nd chapter (Organization Part), I’ve picturized an overall description of Banglalink in light of points such as its management and marketing practices, financial/accounting performances and practices, operations management and information systems, summary, and recommendations to some identified problems. In the last chapter (Project part), I’ve made some comparison-based findings and recommendations from the 4 main mobile operators' marketing campaigns in Bangladesh based on the data from my 2 sets of semi-structured questionnaires and my research questions/objectives. I strongly believe that the analysis, recommendations, and findings of this report have highlighted and indicated some crucial aspects of the telecommunications industry in Bangladesh for further reference.
