Internship at MASCO Group: Practices of merchandising, commercial, IE, supply chain & compliance

Abstract

This report is based on my 66 days of hands-on experience in several Masco Group departments. Working solely at my own department would not have given me the opportunity to gain practical knowledge about the many departments of Masco Group, but this internship did. Based on my observations and experience gained from the company, this report has been presented. The internship focuses on five or six areas, which I have investigated using the knowledge I have gained from the various PGD classes. The firm has numerous divisions and departments. It greatly facilitates my ability to perform more effectively in my practical professional platform. Throughout my internship in a variety of departments, I've come to the conclusion that this is more straightforward to comprehend their. Basically, I selected the departments that had something to do with our PGD courses. Because of this, it is very easy to connect the entire process of the cross-functional department work. Besides from that, I can think of a few ways they may enhance their work process to make it more effective. Even though Masco has always supported sustainability and ongoing development, I have some recommendations for their sustainable project. The administration of Masco is undoubtedly prepared to congratulate you on any suggestion at any moment.
