Abstract

This internship report presents a comprehensive overview of my three-month internship experience at EKE Solutions Ltd., a growing organization engaged in sales, marketing, logistics, and digital marketing services. The internship was conducted as part of the academic requirement for the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program at BRAC University. The objective of the internship was to gain practical exposure to the corporate work environment, with a specific focus on digital marketing and operational management practices within an advertising agency and business support services. During my internship, I worked closely with multiple departments, including Marketing Management, Sales & Marketing, and also Logistics & Distribution. My responsibilities covered a wide range of administrative and operational activities. These included: ● Maintaining daily warehouse operation and transport expenses ● Managing sales, distribution, and courier-related expenditures ● Preparing monthly commission reports for local and foreign sales ● Tracking and reporting stock levels of goods (mainly chemicals) ● Generating sales reports and loan/repayment statements ● Creating invoices, bills, and money receipts and ensuring accurate financial documentation ● Handling accounts receivable and payable ● Communicating with clients regarding billing and payment issues ● Supporting HR with onboarding tasks, scheduling webinars, and document preparation ● Performing general office duties and supporting internal coordination Throughout the internship, I gained first-hand knowledge of how a business manages its financial processes, digital marketing campaigns, logistics, and human resources. I also developed a deeper understanding of workplace ethics, communication strategies, time management, and the importance of cross-departmental collaboration. Overall, the internship was a valuable learning experience that helped bridge the gap between academic theory and professional practice. It equipped me with practical skills and insights that will serve as a strong foundation for my future career in business and marketing.
