dc.description.abstractThe internship paper contains all the information about my internship at GETCO Business Solution Ltd. I started my internship by learning about the new system software which are used for work in the sector of information management. From restoring data to make the best use of the software like hootsuite, sprinklr, alice I have gained all the experience of using that software to make our report and also for resolving the cases which are dealt in time. During the pandemic I have worked mostly from home but during my training period I worked from office and gained knowledge about that software’s. I have explained the importance of Computer Information Management in my report and elaborated the disadvantages as well.en_US
