Abstract

This article focuses on the critical factors that can be crucial when adapting HR Portal by Eskayef Pharmaceuticals Limited. SK+F has become a market leader in the pharmaceutical industry thanks to its dedication to providing superior products to customers, as well as its dedication to effective management, well-informed staff, and a pleasant workplace. In this analysis, we first learn about SK+F's background, and then we learn about the company's organizational structure, management, and hierarchy. Industry analysis took place with both PESTEL and Porter's Five Forces in mind. Bangladesh's pharmaceutical industry is likely to flourish in the foreseeable future due to the country's favorable political, economic, social, technological, environmental, and legal climates. SK+F may make the most of the possibilities created by these factors.HR portals are web-based platforms that provide employees with access to HR information and resources. This report examines the critical aspects of HR portal adaptation and how organizations can effectively adopt and utilize them. The key findings are that HR portals can improve HR processes and increase efficiency, as well as improve employee engagement and satisfaction. Finally, based on the findings of the inquiry, recommendations were made for improving the HR experience for employees. By implementing these recommendations, the HR department can optimize the HR portal and help the organization to achieve its goals.
