Abstract

Since its establishment in 2019, Cuebites has been operating in Bangladesh. The company primarily operates in Australia and Bangladesh, focusing on digital services. Marketing is just one of the many services provided to clients. Cuebites collaborates with A2i to provide marketing support. The purpose of this paper is to showcase the knowledge and insights acquired during the involvement in the a2i project at Cuebites. This report offers a comprehensive analysis of a2i's digital marketing strategy, showcasing the Bangladesh Government’s efforts in digitalization and the significant impact they have had. This report aims to present a comprehensive overview of the project, detailing my various roles and the obstacles encountered along the way. Furthermore, it will delve into the valuable insights gained from this experience. This document aims to provide a comprehensive resource for individuals seeking information on digital transformation and the delivery of public services. In the initial chapter, the context, objective, data collection method, and scope of the study are thoroughly described. In the second chapter, a comprehensive overview of the structure is presented. The specific tasks and obligations assigned to me are outlined in the third chapter. The fourth chapter of my work encompasses my observations and experiences related to the project. Chapter five focuses on procedures, while chapter six includes surveys, models, and analysis based on metrics. The essay's conclusion encompasses the findings and potential recommendations derived from the conducted research and survey.
