Chapter 2 presents the operational practices of GHL, strategic management and SWOT analysis which highlights strengths such as their social mission and opportunities within telemedicine. Chapter 3 assesses Shukhee's effectiveness in the telemedicine sector, competitor analysis, its limitations, and suggestions that can be put forward for its usability and service delivery.
