Abstract

This document, "Effect of Human Resource Management Practices on Employee Commitment: A Case Study on NewVision Solutions Limited," treats how HRM methods affect employee commitment and how organizations will succeed. This research, based on a half year internship at NewVision Solutions Limited, It is focused on the importance of activities of recruitment, training, employee engagement, compensation, and workplace culture. Employee commitment is mainly influenced by professional growth, followed by a supportive work environment,career growth training and development programs, and appealing smart salary packages. Employees are focused on career advancement, collaboration, and personal/professional development opportunities. Additionally, This report also remarks on the practical contributions made during the internship, such as organising employee engagement activities, welcoming process of new employees, handling administrative obligations, and carrying out a background verification project for new employees targeted at improving service quality. These experiences give a complete grasp of HRM practices inside a renowned consulting firm that serves a variety of industries, remarks on energy, agriculture, and manufacturing. To secure HRM processes, proposals include initiating organised career development programs, cultivating a lovely workplace culture, increasing training efforts, and organizing competitive salary and reward systems. These methods are critical for matching employee dreams with organisational goals, increasing loyalty, and improving overall worker performance. This research highlights the importance of strategic HRM in increasing employee commitment and makes practical recommendations for NewVision Solutions Limited to sustain its driven advantage in the consulting industry.
