| dc.description.abstract | This report is my internship summary; it contains the experience and skills I gained from the PGD-KIM Program. During my full-time training, I worked closely with the Merchandising, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, RMG Production, Quality, and Finishing departments. I observed their production systems and supporting procedures firsthand. In my practical work, I focused on upgrading KPI measurement systems, MIS formats, and quality reporting systems, as well as eliminating redundant processes. These experiences have significantly enhanced my skills in data analysis, operational mismatch identification, and data correction. Through my internship, I have gained valuable insights and refined my analytical, communication, and leadership skills, which has deepened my understanding of results-driven organizational cooperation. Overall, this internship bridged the gap between my academic learning and real-work practice, preparing me for future responsibilities within the garments industry. | |
