Report on Columbia garments ltd. focused on different department

Abstract

Post‐graduation diplopia in knitwear industry management is designed to create RMG leaders, because RMG sector contributing significantly to export earnings. I’m very grateful that I have complete three‐month internship in Columbia garments ltd. Columbia garments is a reputed and 100% export‐oriented garments factory. This report is a reflection of my learning, experience in my internship. By this report I try to overview of this company structure and organogram. I try to show how the all department of a factory are interrelated which types of communication build a strong relationship for production flow. Moreover, in this internship period I got opportunity to explore all department in factory and their activities.
