Abstract

Islamic mission hospital design is a project of designing a rural hospital. It is a general hospital with all necessary facilities and services vital to meet the rural people’s basic right of health care services. To ensure total affectability of the project, extensive study on the regional hospitals, practices, standards, also rural people’s behavior and comfort have been done, so that the hospital can truly become a place for healing for the people. Moreover, the aesthetic and contextual appropriateness of the project have also been given priority, alongside, solving very complex functions in a relatively small area of space.
