dc.description.abstractQuantanite has emerged into a leading organization in the BPO industry employing a vast number of employees with running operations in Bangladesh, South Africa and India. Quantanite proceeds for lead generation based on the preferences and requirements from the clients. They fundamentally use the email marketing technique for lead generation. They use several tools like Mailmeteor, Mailchimp to validate and generate company emails and then target them for lead generations. They use different tools like Canva for email content creation and then follow up with the potential leads for conversion. They face challenges during the nurturing of leads and follow ups but continues to work efficiently to convert them into customers. They use the cost per lead, customer acquisition cost and lead conversion rate metrics to determine whether the campaign was successful or not. Quantaite has been sincerely working in lead generation for several years and continues to please their consumer with excellent and satisfying results.en_US
