dc.description.abstractIn this report, the main aims are to evaluate how Rasel Ginning Company effectively plays a role in hiring, recruiting, and selecting candidates for their various posts. Also, there is how HR hires the right talent to meet the company’s operational as well as strategic goals. The process includes identifying staffing needs, creating detailed job descriptions, and employing active and passive sourcing strategies. Here, it also investigates candidate screening, shortlisting, and interviewing stages. Rasel Ginning Company HR also uses phone interviews to get the candidate, they take technical assessments, as well as other evaluation processes to select the candidate aligning with the company’s culture and values. The effectiveness of screening procedures and the administration of new hire onboarding are two of the problems Rasel Ginning faced that are discussed in the report. Using data analytics and using digital technology for efficient screening are two ideas for enhancing the hiring process. The study concludes with practical suggestions to improve the hiring and selection procedure, guaranteeing Rasel Ginning draws in the best personnel available.en_US
