Abstract

This report is all about Knitwear Industry Management. The objective of this internship program is to learn practical operating skills of the industry also practice & apply what we had learned during the PGD-KIM course. As academic discussion cannot give a complete overview of real business situations & the global market. It was a great opportunity for the students to gather practical knowledge & technical skill also know the real-life working conditions & barriers through this program. I wanted to work on over all Knitwear Industry Management process because this accumulated theoretical knowledge, skill & experience will help me in the future to lead a Knit Industry as top-level management also figures out challenges & difficulties in the way of handling the business. I have divided this report into four parts, the first one is Company Profile, the second one is the briefing of my activities and learning in the industry, the third one is the application of industry-specific courses during internship and suggestion & the last chapter four is for conclusion.
