dc.description.abstractUrinary bladder carcinoma is a malignant transformation of glandular cells that develops from the epithelial lining of the urinary bladder which is linked to the dysregulation of miRNA. This often associated with risk factors such as smoking, occupational exposure to certain chemicals, and chronic inflammation. We found 309 articles on PubMed and google scholar about miRNAs and their involvement in diagnosing and advancing bladder cancer. After carefully reviewing the literature, we selected and analyzed 9 papers involving a total of 544 individuals. The studies we reviewed indicate that miRNAs are crucial in diagnosing, predicting outcomes, and treating bladder cancer. Although different studies identify various miRNAs, they unanimously emphasize the impact of miRNA irregularities in bladder cancer development. Specifically, elevated miRNA levels are linked to increased proliferation, migration, and invasion of bladder cancer cells. Our aim is to investigate the roles that miRNA expression plays in various body functions and how it assists in the identification and advancement of bladder cancer.en_US
