dc.description.abstractThis internship report reviews the implementation and effects of Workday Enterprise Management Cloud at Chevron Bangladesh with a particular focus on evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of training delivery and how it impacted workers' satisfaction and performance. Chevron Bangladesh training delivery creates interactive features which makes learning more engaging and dynamic and professional development within the company. Surveys and feedbacks showed great satisfaction of the employees. The findings are supported with a number of recommendations for Chevron Bangladesh to enhance the efficacy of various training initiatives and update and evaluate training programs for performance and career growth over time. In summary, the adoption of the Workday Enterprise Management has proved to be a great tool in the improvement of competencies of workers and company's overall performance. The report emphasizes the need to use innovative technological solutions in human resource development as a way of promoting a competent and motivated workforce.en_US
