| dc.description.abstract | An outline of my three-month internship at Agrani Bank PLC’s Information Technology (IT) Department is provided in this report. The goal of the internship was to impart useful knowledge about how IT oversees and supports banking operations. I saw a variety of IT operations during this time, including data management, software support, network security, and system maintenance. Additionally, I learned about cybersecurity procedures, the core banking system (CBS), and the function of IT in guaranteeing efficient transaction processing and digital banking services, such as online banking, ATM services, and mobile banking apps. My understanding of how IT supports data security, operational effectiveness, and better customer service in the banking industry has improved as a result of my internship. It also shed light on how IT departments maintain system uptime, oversee network infrastructure, and fix technical problems to guarantee continuous banking services. All things considered, this internship expanded my understanding of banking IT architecture and increased my desire to work in digital banking systems and banking technology. | en_US |
