Abstract

This report presents the outcomes of a five-month internship at Jamroll Design Studio, where I worked as a Flutter Developer on the "Inkam" mobile application using Flutter and Riverpod. While contributing to the app’s development and release on the Play Store, I also conducted a qualitative analysis on employee cybersecurity awareness. Through interviews and observation, I found inconsistencies in staff understanding of security practices, a lack of formal policies, and a general underestimation of cyber risks. These gaps highlighted the need for structured onboarding, ongoing training, and behavioral reinforcement. The internship allowed me to apply academic knowledge in mobile development, cybersecurity, and IT management to a real-world environment. It broadened my perspective on how organizational culture and informal practices impact digital safety. The experience not only sharpened my technical and analytical skills but also underscored the importance of cybersecurity awareness in agile, fast-growing tech firms.
