Tech operation intern of Crystal Vision Solutions

Abstract

This is my internship experience report at Crystal Vision Solutions, one of the prominent IT organizations in Bangladesh that imports and distributes servers, networking equipment, and security solutions. I worked as a Tech Operations Intern and supported the operational procedures, kept inventory data updated, coordinated with suppliers, and gained knowledge about fundamental IT infrastructure components. Although I operated primarily from home since the internship was flexible, I gained a great deal of knowledge about the operations of an IT hardware company, improved my professional communication skills, and improved my knowledge of how enterprise IT functions.
