dc.description.abstractThis report reflects my internship experience in BRAC Bank PLC, specifically in the HR division and reports my involvement in the development of Human Resources Competency Framework under 'Project Adroit. As a result, the aim of this initiative was to bridge the HR practices of the bank to global standards while adapting them to suit the Bangladeshi corporate landscape. This involved qualitative research - primary and secondary data-method, inspired by the T model from AIHR and the consultancy practices of Deloitte Limited. It investigates the banking sector of Bangladesh as a whole and an overview of BRAC Bank PLC, including mission and vision along with the organizational setup that are significant in regards to evolving the framework. It is a demonstration of the bank's global membership, values and corporate philosophy of People, Planet, Prosperity. This report describes the process of creating frameworks for several areas such as Compensation and Rewards Employee Relations HR Operations HR Business Partners The findings section covers the approval of the frameworks, a status update on their latest version, examination of strategic alignment with international standards, considerations that were taken into account while creating the framework etc. And finally, the report describes the development of an integrated HR Competency Framework aligned with the values and strategic objectives of BRAC Bank PLC.en_US
