Abstract

According to the Act 1991 on bank companies, Agrani Bank Ltd. is created. This bank's key slogan is benefit. Agrani Bank Ltd receives deposits from customers, like other commercial banks, and to provide consumers with loans to generate income from the Bank. Agrani Bank Ltd. employees are very honest in their jobs. They have a protocol to create a strong link to current customers and also look forward to seeking new customers. Agrani Bank Ltd. collected a big amount of deposit from clients in every month. In this article, I discussed Agrani Bank Ltd.'s loan/credit management scheme. The report consists of three parts, first part, the short history of Agrani Bank Ltd. and last part, its credit policy and operation. Credit management of Agrani Bank Limited is structured by the assumption and maintenance of credit exposures in compliance with appropriate parameters to minimize risk and optimize banks' risk adjusted return rate. The Department for Credit Management is enhancing the Bank's profile's honesty. The Bank has a credit consent team. To determine a credit proposal, different methods and techniques are used. The retail underwriting is connected to Retail Credit, Card Credit, Authorisation and Monitoring of Fraud, central verification unit (CVU). Though Agrani Bank Limited manages credit effectively, the Bank can develop the Bank's ability to lead the banking sector in certain ways
