Abstract

As a concept, supply chain management includes a large number of individuals engaged in a wide range of activities. The combination of all of these enables businesses to continue operating efficiently. A slight change in one spot might have a significant impact on the entire process. It's an intriguing idea for different companies to collaborate within the supply chain. Companies with various needs come together through this method to achieve shared goals. Collaborations may or may not be appropriate in certain circumstances. This study aims to determine its impact on organizational performance and profitability. In the last few decades, there has been a significant shift in the concepts underlying supply chain operations. The past three years in this industry have been, to put it mildly, eye opening. The world was badly crippled by the shocks the coronavirus pandemic brought about, and entire supply chain networks were brought to its knees as a result. That is why it is essential that we set aside time to research the effects that supply chain collaborations have on organizational performances, the best ways to do it, and how to redesign the global supply chain so that we can resist shocks in the future.
