| dc.description.abstract | A division of the Urmi Group is Urmi Garments Limited. Eleven departments of Urmi Garments Limited, a well-known manufacturer that produces ready-made clothing, have collaborated closely with me. I worked as an intern from December 2025 to February 2026. I made an effort to understand how to deal with everyday obstacles and make wise selections during this three-month internship. I am emphasizing the primary sections of this report, which are: 1) An overview of the industry; 2) An explanation of how to finish tasks in the following areas: fire and safety; cutting, sewing, finishing; industrial engineering; merchandising; quality; sample; warehouse; production planning and controlling; and HR and compliance 3) Evaluation of Professional Skill Development and Curriculum Relevance 4) Concluding Remarks. The actions of the organization's departments are highlighted in this report. The report's primary goal is to show how academic assignments can be combined with practical industrial experience. It also documents the complex skills learned during this experience. Along with a dedication to sustainable manufacturing, I am also dedicated to advancing professional development and management excellence in Bangladesh's thriving garment manufacturing industry. | |
