Abstract

Lifestyle modifications with balanced diet and proper physical exercise is essential to maintain a healthy cardiovascular system. An indiscipline lifestyle may lead to different cardiovascular diseases such as heart failure, coronary artery diseases, stroke, hypertension etc. There are also some other factors which also play a significant role in the cardiovascular system for instance smoking cessation, moderate alcohol consumption etc. Conventionally three main types of diets such as Mediterranean diet, DASH diet and the healthy plant-based diet are necessary to establish a healthy diet. Besides, behavioral changes also pose a crucial role in the cardiovascular system. This review paper on lifestyle modifications to have a healthy cardiovascular system encompasses a systematic review, providing beneficial information about how different lifestyle choices effect cardiovascular results. In this section, the main finding from the paper is summarized with specific concern for the association among cardiovascular risk indicators as well as occurrence of diseases and specific reasons of CVD, diet patterns and exercise, levels of physical activity, some sorts of behavioral changes and stress management strategies.
