| dc.description.abstract | As a full time, employee in the role of Executive-Human Resources (Learning and Development), my internship report provides a detailed analysis of Technology Integration in HR Function and Practices at Fiber@Home Limited. The report examines to improve operational efficiency, accuracy, and strategic decision-making, how digital tools and systems are integrated across different HR roles. Learning and Development (L&D), Organizational Development (OD), HR Operations, Performance Management Systems (PMS), Employee Engagement, Disciplinary and Grievances Management, HR Analytics, Compensation and Benefits, and Talent Management highlighted in my study as these are main HR functions of Fiber@Home limited. My engagement in the overall Learning and Development function is highlighted. In this report, I have also highlighted how technology is integrated in HR functions and what further developments are necessary in such functions. The report also covered the challenges that I faced while preparing the report. Lastly. I have mentioned some suggestions for improving digital integration, analytics, and exposure to organizational systems and procedures in order to further develop HR function and practices. | en_US |
