Abstract

In a world which is technology paced, it is quite redundant to keep track of employee information files in pen and paper. For fast tracked result, every office follows an MIS that store important information on their database. Information that can be accessed in a matter of minutes. Any Group of Company (Pran, Meghna etc.) follows their own software to keep track of digital files. Paragon, an already established company, has a software that they follow for their daily orders, known as POLOXY. But it wasn’t been used as an HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software, rather as a whole. Until a few years later, PeoplesHR came with a software built for the use of HRIS. This report aims to emphasis the use of MIS in modern HR, and how quick and easy it has made everyone’s work, also underlining the strenuous physical work Paragon Company’s HR has gone through on maintaining the files and learning the levels of the introduced software.
