| dc.description.abstract | This internship report makes a further assessment of the depth analysis of Jeanologia Bangladesh, which is one of the leading machinery suppliers in the textile division, that assesses the further conducted part of the academic requirements. This internship aimed to make a solid engagement of theoretical knowledge in practical experiments in the corporate setting. This report values the diverse aspects of the business, including their financial performance, operational management, HRM, and information systems, and makes a competitive position in the framework like SWOT and Porter’s five forces. During the internship, it is key to handle data to set better planning and observe the strategic decisions. A comparative financial analysis with industry competitors such as Envoy Textiles, Levi Strauss & Co., and H&M highlighted Beximco's growth trajectory and market competitiveness. This report also identifies this business’s distinctive strengths, its brand reputation, and its vertical integration. The experience has helped enhance analytical skills, professional behavior, and understanding of real-world business dynamics.
