Abstract

Kazi and Kazi Tea Estate is one of the pioneer tea producer companies in Bangladesh founded by Kazi Shahid Ahmed in 2002. Kazi and Kazi Tea is a sister concern of Gemcon Group which was founded in 1979. They started the business as a conglomerate. Investments include real estate, education, seafood, engineering, tea, Jute, media as well as sports. This report is about exploring the impact of the ERP on the performance of the accounting processes of Kazi and Kazi Tea Estate. ERP has significantly improved the business landscape of Kazi and Kazi tea accounting processes. Implementation brought significantly enhanced decision-making, reporting quality as well as operational efficiency. This report is concerned by finding the ERP impact on the accounting processes of Kazi and Kazi tea. The scope of this report is established from the perspective of employees in Kazi and Kazi Tea. So interview and survey was done. There is a concern about the confidentiality of the Data that’s why research was done through data collection. To extract the right information, interviews, and surveys were done.
