| dc.description.abstract | This paper contains the brief overview of the bKash Limited company, internship experience, and a research based on the financial inclusion of the garment workers through mobile financial services, especially bKash. The objective of the research was to find out how frequently the workers are using bKash services and what’s the average transaction for each service for the workers. Moreover, the research also tried to find out the user experience of bKash among garments workers and how bKash Limited company is assisting the workers to be more financially independent through their services. The research was done primarily through survey among garments workers and interviewing bKash Limited employees. After conducting the research, it was found that bKash Limited is doing a tremendous job to facilitate financial inclusion among garments workers as they are frequently using bKash and monthly average transaction is also significant as the workers are getting a good experience from using the services of bKash Limited. | en_US |
