Report on Echotex Limited Operational Procedure

Abstract

This report summarizes the practical experience gained during an internship at Echotex Limited from August to October 2025. Despite the short duration and simultaneous job responsibilities, the internship provided comprehensive exposure across five key departments: Planning, Merchandising and Marketing, Knitting and Dyeing, Garment Production, and Quality Assurance. The report is structured into four main sections: Industry Overview (Chapter-1); Description of Task Accomplishment across the five core departments (Chapter-2); Critical Assessment of Internship Work (Chapter-3); and the Conclusion (Chapter-4). The core objective of this report is to detail the activities, strategic importance, and interdepartmental relationships within each division, identify potential areas for development, and highlight the key professional experiences achieved during the attachment period.
