Abstract
The internship report that I have prepared focuses on my key responsibilities and learnings as a Trainee Executive at YangMingLine, MGH Group. I will be representing this job experience as my internship in the Sales and Documentation departments under the supervision of Mr. ZakariaArefin, Manager, Sales department of YangMingLine. In the 3 months that I have worked as Trainee Executive, I was assigned with various daily tasks and one big Marketing Campaign in month of Ramadan. I have shown critical analysis of my tasks along with recommendation. My report concentrates on the Ramadan Campaign of YangMingLine, my key responsibilities of that campaign, the SWOT analysis and Cost-Benefit analysis of the campaign along with discussion on the finding and recommendations. I have also included analysis of 2 other marketing strategies that I have implemented myself as a Trainee Executive; relationship marketing and one to one marketing. The other important topics discussed in the report include maintenance if internal and external customers of YangMingLine and the cross-functional teamwork. The data used to write this report is mostly primary and due to confidential issues a lot of other information regarding client base and detailed operation had to be omitted. Although, I have included the most necessary information to complete the report.
