Abstract

This internship report explores the business development strategies and organizational operations of Project Code Bangladesh, an emerging EdTech platform focused on delivering programming and digital skill training through a hybrid learning model. The study examines its business architecture, competitive positioning, and learner engagement system to understand how the organization bridges the gap between academia and industry needs. Key findings highlight the company’s strengths in localized content delivery, affordability, and practical, project-based learning, which enhance its market appeal. However, challenges remain in scaling mentorship, updating course structures, and aligning business models with global standards. The report concludes with recommendations to enhance curriculum flexibility, integrate soft skills, and strengthen alumni and corporate partnerships for sustainable growth in Bangladesh’s evolving tech education sector.
