Abstract

This internship report is based on three-month long internship program that I have successfully completed. For my internship, I got the opportunity to work at Reckitt Benckiser Bangladesh Ltd. I worked under Human Resources department from 01.02.2016 to 30.04.2016. Being at practical corporate world for the first time it was a new experience for me. It will be very helpful for my career. Previously HR sector was ignored by organization but it becomes the emerging sector in corporate world. Without Human Resource, practice organization cannot achieve long-term success effectively and efficiently. In my internship report my main goals is to describe the area of Human Resource management practice in Reckitt Benckiser Bangladesh Ltd. In this report, I tried my best to include how HR Department works. I focused on major activities related with HR recruitment activities of RBBL. The function of the report is to give detail knowledge about the recruitment process. The report also includes the company‟s goals, mission and vision. My personal view about the Human Resources division and my value addition are also included in the report. I tried my best to translate the real world experience in to a document. I hope that the report would give an insight to the responsibilities carried out during my internship. Due to confidentiality, there are some limitations on data access. I tried my best to provide as much information as possible about the recruitment and selection process.
