Abstract

The study represents the internship experiences with an overview and detailed information in Chapter 1. Additionally, Chapter 2 highlights the overall organization's identity and management practices of all the departments, such as management & HR elements, financial, sales & marketing, and logistics & information systems of Petromax LPG Ltd with the SWOT analysis and Porter's Five Analysis to understand the standing of the company in the competitive market. Chapter 3 explores Petromax LPG Ltd.'s HRIS project, with a special focus on the employee experience and perspectives on HRIS implementation which consists of the development of a mass database. Streamlining the HR process, enhancing the reliability of information, as well as improving the overall experience of employees are the intended objectives of the HRIS acceptance. The report encompasses significant findings regarding system efficiency and employee satisfaction and outlines the methodology approaches executed during the period of internship, covering gathering information and research. The recommendations regarding further modifications are provided to ensure the HRIS's successful implementation and to resolve complications that emerged during the initial deployment phase. This research project is an invaluable resource for grasping how HRIS influences employee engagement and organizational productivity and, therefore, expands Petromax LPG Ltd.'s strategic goals and vision.
