Report on Echotex ltd. comprehending the operational procedures of different departments and identifying potential improvements

Abstract

During my internship at the esteemed firm Echotex Ltd., I worked on a range of projects in five departments: merchandising, procurement, commercial, accounts and finance, and HR & admin. My internship, which ran from August to October of 2025, concentrated on my everyday challenges. The primary sections of my report are as follows. i) Industry Overview; ii) Merchandising, Procurement, Commercial, Accounts & Finance, HR & Administration task completion. iii) Critical assessment iv) Critically assess internship work. v) Conclusion. In my report, I intend to emphasize the activities that occur in each department, their importance within the organization, the relationships between different functional units, and the areas that could be improved. I also highlighted how the internship allowed me to learn new things and develop myself.
