This report is aimed at recording some of the realistic skills and knowledge gained during the 12 weeks internship program with the Southeast Bank PLC, which is among the top privately owned commercial banks in Bangladesh, where the internship was launched on June 25, 2023. I was assigned to the Bashundhara Branch that is located in Block B, Plot 15, Safwan Road, Bashundhara Residential Area. This is an experience that I have acquired as an attendee in one of the busy branches and it has enhanced my understanding of operations and customer service operations. The author was in a position to learn so much about the banks in the country and Southeast Bank PLC is one of the oldest in the country. It has its Head Office at Eunoos Trade Center, 52 53, Dilkusha C/A, Dhaka- 1000. The Bank was founded on 12 th March 1995. As shown above, the internship experience was, overall, an excellent experience. The management and employees of the bank were quite professional and accommodative. Above all, the employees at the branch were keen to help the learner experience and they made a great effort to simplify the practical side of banking. This type of mentorship was incredible in professional preparation.en_US
