Abstract

The present study adapted the AHP methodology to the measurement of service quality in banking, involving five steps - referred to as 'Analytical Hierarchy Process' [6] [8]. In this paper the purpose is to increase a way that considers opposition the use of the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) framework to degree provider quality [6]. The AHP technique defined on this look at as a consequence assists control to plan and preserve a relevant, aggressive plan for ongoing enhancements in carrier quality [6] [8].
