| dc.description.abstract | This study examines the training and development programmes at Apex Footwear Limited, focusing on their structure, effectiveness and alignment with company goals. Through a mixed methods approach, including qualitative interviews with HR professionals and quantitative training needs assessment (TNA) survey of 200 managerial employees, the research identifies strengths and gaps. findings reveal that while Apex’s program covers essential skills, they lak customisation for department specific needs And have limitations in feedback mechanisms and orientation effectiveness. recommendations address enhancing program alignment with strategic objectives, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improving TNA processes. This report provides valuable insights for optimizing the company’s training programs, with implications for HR professionals in improving employee engagement, retention and overall performance in the footwear industry. | en_US |
