Report on a comprehensive review of departmental operations and efficiency enhancement strategies at Robintex group

Abstract

During my internship at the Robintex Group, a leading garment manufacturing company, I was assigned to work on various tasks within five different departments including Merchandising, Procurement, Commercial, Accounts & Finance, HR& Admin. My day-to-day challenges were the focus of my internship from September to November 2025. My report is divided into the following major sections. i) Industry Overview, ii) Description of Task Accomplishment in Merchandising, Procurement, Commercial, Accounts & Finance, HR& Admin. iii) Critical Assessment of internship work. iv) Conclusion. Through my report, I aimed to showcase the activities that occurs in each department, their importance within the organization, the relationships between different functional departments, and the areas in which improvements could be made. Additionally, I highlighted my personal growth and learning experiences during the internship.
