Abstract

This report is prepared based on three (03) months internship through practical experience in different departments of Masco Cottons Ltd. Working solely in my own department would not have allowed me to have a practical understanding of many departments, but this internship did. It is the largest knit composite vertical establishment in Bangladesh, equipped with advanced machinery and equipment. To deliver excellent goods to its clients, Masco Cottons Ltd. has an intelligent quality and production staff in addition to a proactive business team. This report has been written based on my observation and experience gathered from the five departments of the company: Merchandising & Marketing, Design Hub, Supply Chain, HR Department and Sample Department.
