dc.description.abstractThis is an internship report on “Human Resource Management and the Recruitment and Process Execution of Internship Program at Nestlé Bangladesh Limited” gives an idea on different departments of Human Resources function. For a Multinational FMCG company on food and health, it is very important to ensure the health of the employees within for maximum satisfaction. This report shows how human resources effectively cooperate with other functions starting from hiring, maintaining and retaining the valuable employees with rewards, administrative work and training and development provided to the employees when needed. The report also focuses on the Recruitment and Process Execution of the intern. Some backgrounds of 154 years old company is provided here as well.en_US
