Crystal Martin Apparel Bangladesh Limited: Overview of industrial engineering, production, quality assurance, planning, and merchandising

Abstract

I worked on a variety of tasks in five different departments during my internship at Crystal Martin Apparel Bangladesh Limited (CMBD), a prestigious Garments Manufacturer IE, Production, Quality Assurance, Planning and Merchandising. During my internship, which ran from December 2025 to February 2026, I learned how to overcome everyday obstacles and challenges. The following are the main sections that make up my report. Industry Synopsis, An explanation of the tasks completed in Planning, IE, Production, Quality Assurance, and Merchandising. Evaluation of internship work critically, Final Thought. This report aims to highlight the activities that take place in each department, their significance to the organization, the working methods and relationships among various functional departments, and the areas that could use improvement. I also emphasized how the internship helped me grow personally and learn new things.
