This internship report examines the Strategic HR initiatives at Orange Business Development Limited (ORBD), a prominent software development company. The analysis encompasses talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and well-being strategies. orangebd’s innovative recruitment processes prioritize aligning top-tier talent with the company's goals. Employee development programs focus on enhancing skills to navigate the dynamic technology landscape. The Strategic HR approach aims to align HR practices with organizational goals, fostering employee engagement, talent retention, performance management, establishing information security systems, updating, adjusting HR Manual and overall business success. Concurrently, the HRIS implementation will streamline HR processes, enhance data-driven decision-making, and ensure compliance and certifications for the organization. This comprehensive initiative is poised to revolutionize our HR landscape, positioning our organization for sustained growth and adaptability in the competitive business environment. This report will show my learning from Brac University on HR and establishing HR in my organization Orange Business Development Limited.
