To complete my BBA program,I did my internship atInspira Advisory and Consulting Limited. Throughout thisreportitdescribes all my learnings and experience I have gained while working in theorganization.Bangladesh is a disaster-prone country which is they every year our country receives a large amountof aid from foreign. Due to dual graduation Bangladesh is losing fund for disaster related problems.Day by day, financial aid from foreign countries is decreasing. As a result, Bangladesh have to survive own their own. The aim of this research was to evaluate the effectiveness of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) practices of 30 privates sector companies operating in Bangladeshand alsoscoping analysis of Private sector Engagement in Humanitarian Response in Bangladesh. In first chapter,there isoverview of the internship which includes student information, internship information and internship outcome. In this second chapter of this report,Organization Part: Overview, Operations and a Strategic Audit is described. Third chapter contain scopinganalysis of Private sector Engagement in Humanitarian Response in Bangladesh, its methodology, findings and analysis.
