| dc.description.abstract | EXIM Bank of Bangladesh PLC. emphasizes on motivation and satisfaction of employees to be engaged in their job by applying tactics, which are a well-designed working environment, interpersonal relationships with colleagues and managers, fairness in giving promotions and providing service benefits. Employees benefit from a well-equipped workplace, managers who are approachable and a structured promotion process that includes written exams and interviews. Service benefits contain gratuity, pension schemes and various leave options. Employee engagement has led to increased productivity and improved customer service in EXIM Bank of Bangladesh PLC. with high motivation and lower turnover rates. The bank’s reward system combines both monetary and non-monetary rewards for keeping employees motivated and satisfied. Lastly, I recommended for the bank to further improve itself by shifting to annual appraisal instead of conducting it after three years. Then introduce wellness programs for mental health of employees and expand participation of branch employees in CSR activities. In my opinion, these changes could enhance the performance and organizational culture of the bank to keep its employees engaged in their work. | en_US |
