The Ready-Made Garment (RMG) sector of Bangladesh is evaluated through this internship report, focusing on Purbani Group, which stands as one of the country's top textile and garment manufacturers. The RMG sector drives Bangladesh’s economic advancement through its employment of millions of people and its substantial export revenue generation. Competitive business stability depends on both effective and ethical recruitment practices. The research aims to analyze the present recruitment practices of the sector together with their associated strengths and challenges. The study analyzes Purbani Group's hiring methods based on qualitative investigation methods, which include interviews together with questionnaires, and document analysis. The recruitment approach of Purbani Group depends on formal methods and informal ones through walk-in interviews, internal referrals, and structured assessment processes with written tests and panel interviews. Research indicates that Purbani Group operates structured employee selection processes that follow corporate strategy but display certain zones for enhancement. The company faces recruitment weaknesses because it depends too heavily on casual hiring resources and lacks digital systems, as well as suffering from high employee replacement rates. The recruitment system includes an extensive evaluation process that involves preliminary selection, successive interview rounds, and onboarding protocols, but needs heightened consistency to confirm compliance with international employment rules. The report advises organizations to use ATS for candidate management along with skill-based tests and panel training to minimize bias and enhance employee retention rates. A significant part of the recommendation focuses on creating hiring practices that welcome all segments of society, as well as developing employee pools and precise compliance documentation. RMG firms like Purbani Group should establish recruitment practices that match organizational goals while maintaining ethical standards to boost employee satisfaction, recruitment performance, and long-term sustainability. This report delivers practical recommendations that convert traditional recruitment methods into an efficient instrument to develop the workforce while enhancing worldwide competitiveness.en_US
