Abstract

The report was written by me using the knowledge I gained while interning in Branding & marketing at Kazi Food Industries Ltd. Sub chapters in each of the three parts of this internship report address separate areas of study as specified in the internship criteria. The methods used to gather the data was through primary qualitative and quantitative research and observational research. One public survey questionnaire was prepared using Google Forms. The first part, "Overview of Internship," talks about me, my internship, the company I worked for, my school, my tasks and responsibilities on the job, and a lot more. It also emphasizes the good things I got from my job at the company and the things I did to help it. The second part, "Organization Part," describes the company and its many management and marketing strategies. Along with market segmentation, Porter's Five Forces analysis, SWOT analysis, and an analysis of Kazi Farms Kitchen's products and services. The final portion, titled "Project Part," provides a comprehensive overview of the research which is consumer perception of quality and safety in Kazi Farms Kitchen’s frozen food products. When it comes to the quality and safety of frozen food products, it's crucial to understand how consumers perceive them because that affects their trust, loyalty, and overall success in the market.
