dc.description.abstractBanglalink is one of the largest cellular service providers in Bangladesh. Banglalink Digital Communications Ltd. (previously Orascom Telecom Bangladesh Ltd.) is fully owned by Telecom Ventures Ltd. (previously Orascom Telecom Ventures Ltd.) of Malta, which is a 100% owned subsidiary of global telecom holding. I tried to put all my experience, knowledge and observation of the recruitment and selection challenges of the recruiters. Therefore, Banglalink always believes in maintaining its standards of HR policies to achieve more high level of job satisfaction for their employees. Different level of challenges briefly described from the real experience which I gather from the past 3 month of internship period. After evaluation of all the jobs and categories the success of the recruiter is also discussed. Moreover in the end I try to put some recommendation which I believe, it can boost the process of the company profileen_US
