The report gives an in-depth perspective on how the MIS tools are being used to handle the data and provide the daily report on a daily basis, being a leading organisation of Bangladesh in the field of FMCG, Akij Food & Beverage, though having more competitors in this field. The main aim of this report is to develop the data management processes that are being handled by this department in the FMCG part, such as daily report preparation, database handling, and from where the data is being collected. The study findings report that although the company Akij Food & Beverage Ltd. has managed to do their daily report with the help of different MIS tools, there is some lacking which is that the software is not updated, and sometimes the files are not properly put in the DBMS, and they sometimes struggle in making the report which are very tricky. On the basis of such funding, the report offers some key recommendations on how organisational efficiency can be improved with the help of modernisation in the MIS department. Such a type of modernisation will help this organisation to build this department and make it proper in terms of its competitors in the market.en_US
