Abstract

This report is prepared based on my internship experience at bKash Ltd. It is concentrated on the recruitment and selection process of “Product & Technology” division of bKash Ltd. This internship experience has helped me to learn and grow in my personal and professional life. This report is a brief explanation of how the recruitment and selection process works in bKash Ltd. I have tried to add a detailed explanation of the process to make the report more effective. The purpose of this report is to understand the crucial steps of recruitment and selection of bKash Ltd, specifically about the Product & Technology Division. It is one of the most important and significant parts of the company to onboard the most eligible candidate and hence bKash Ltd. focuses heavily on it.
